About Qadash 4 Dominion

Healing Past Wounds, Taking The Lead, Taking Dominion.

Qadash 4 Dominion Multi-Skills Training Centre was established with a bold vision: to eliminate unemployment in Eswatini by empowering young people with practical, marketable skills that transform lives and communities.

We recognised that Eswatini’s 50% unemployment rate wasn’t just a statistic—it represented untapped potential, unfulfilled dreams, and communities struggling to thrive.

Our response was to create a comprehensive training centre that doesn’t just teach skills, but awakens the inherent talent in young people and equips them to bring sustainable solutions to their communities.

Our Vision

A self-sustaining Eswatini where every household has food security, every young person has productive skills, and every community thrives through resourcefulness and innovation.

Our Mission

To empower young people in Eswatini with practical multi-skills training that:

  • Reduces unemployment from 50% to 0% within 3 years
  • Ensures food security for every household throughout the year
  • Awakens and develops talent using available community resources
  • Builds self-sustaining households and productive communities
  • Maximizes productivity through innovative, resource-based solutions

Our Core Values

  • Empowerment: We believe every young person has untapped potential waiting to be discovered and developed.
  • Sustainability: We teach skills that create long-term, self-sustaining solutions rather than temporary fixes.
  • Community Focus: We maximise productivity by using resources already available in our communities.
  • Practical Training: Our hands-on approach ensures participants graduate job-ready and business-capable.
  • Food Security: We prioritise agricultural and productive skills that ensure households can feed themselves year-round.
  • Innovation: We encourage creative problem-solving and adaptation to overcome barriers to productivity.

Our Approach: The 6-Month Journey

  • Explore: Participants spend 6 months experiencing diverse skill areas—from farming to technology—discovering their strengths and interests.
  • Identify: Through guided exploration, young people identify one or two skills they want to specialise in based on aptitude and market demand.
  • Overcome: We help participants identify current and potential barriers to their productivity and provide strategies to overcome them.
  • Develop: Intensive, hands-on training in chosen specialisations with experienced instructors and modern facilities.
  • Implement: Graduates leave equipped to start businesses, secure employment, or establish productive homesteads.
  • Transform: Our alumni become champions of productivity, implementing and promoting self-sustaining practices in their households and communities.
